Do you need email hosting associated with your new website? There are two different ways I can help you set that up, depending on what best fits your needs and budget.
Option 1: POP3/IMAP
POP3 or IMAP email access is included within other hosting plans from Alliteration Applications, no matter how many addresses you need. This is a basic email technology which can be accessed from any email client (smartphones, desktop Outlook) but is not as fast or might not include as many extra features as you’re used to.
There is one important point attached to this when considering your budget: storage used by your email addresses counts against the storage in your plan. If you store a lot of emails, you may need to consider either upgrading your hosting plan or switching to an option hosted elsewhere, such as with Microsoft Office detailed below.
Option 2: Microsoft Office 365 Hosted Email
If you’re looking for something more powerful, I recommend Microsoft Office hosted email. This option is fast and has plenty of storage. Depending on the package, you can also get other valuable Office tools at a reasonable price. If you opt for any of these, I would happy to assist with setup, training, and if necessary, ongoing administration.
These are your three main options for small to medium organizations:
If you only want email, there are two different Exchange Online pricing options to consider.
In most cases, I would recommend Microsoft Office Business Essentials. That package includes: email, calendar, tasks, web conferencing, Skype for Business instant messaging, Yammer (a corporate social network), 1 TB of cloud storage per user, SharePoint intranet, Office apps online, and the digital storytelling app Sway. That’s a lot for only a bit more than the basic email-only plan.
Finally, the Microsoft Office Business Premium package offers everything in the Business Essentials package plus always keeping the newest versions of Microsoft Office for PC, Mac, or mobile.
